Since Richard A. Fletcher started World Peace 2000 Australia in September 11, 1999 our aim has been to unite people in the essence of World Peace therefore we have joined with others and or created many opportunities to celebrate Peace and peoples goodness!

In all these activities and our Spiritual Gatherings we have shared our spiritually guided knowledge, have also learned from Australian, American and New Zealanders Elders, as well as, from white and Aboriginal brothers of many Nations. As founder of World Peace 2000 Australia and World Peace 2000 Angels, I am most grateful for all their welcoming, cooperation, support, acceptance and for all of them sharing with us their ancient sacred cultural arts, artifacts, traditions, dances, food and shelter! Most of all we are grateful for their immediate unconditional and open hearted love!

In our short years of our existence, we have gathered and still maintain communication with people from many Overseas Nationalities and from a variety of Cultural backgrounds, beliefs and Religious practices. We are presently sharing World Peace 2000 Australia's ideals with people from all these cultures and traditions:

South American, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Irish, English, Swiss, Dutch, German, Maltese, Lebanese, Israeli, Palestinian, Afghanistan, American, Canadian, Pakistani, Central American, Filipino, Chinese, Singaporean, Malaysian, Tibetan, Indian, German and many more.

Throughout Australia all the events and peoples activities we have been involved in has been aimed at planting the seed and promoting the importance of our unique Australian World Peace 2000 Model and that Gathering of All Nations in 2003 is a good idea to start world peace! The seeds are now germinating, we know this because of all the National and International responses we are receiving everyday via; the Internet, surface mail, people at weekend concerts, schools, city councils, business and people in many levels of Governments in Australia, as well as from Overseas!

It is insane that right now we Australians together with English & American people are allowing our respective Governments the expenditure of... Billions of Dollars for War... instead of a PEACEFUL eradication of our world's economical, social and environmental issues that would alleviate the refugee problems!

Throughout the world we are also attracting new connections with National and International organisations that cover the whole spectrum of human life and societies yet to create World Peace there is a long way to go and there never has been a better time and or as important as it is right now! Yes! We are able to find our natural peaceful estate and to recreate our human life!

I believe that it is up to all of us to change our present human difficulties created by:

Unemployment, poverty, homeless, hunger, drugs abuse, crime and earth pollution. They are rampant in our human system because of our human greed and our lack of inner Peace, as well as, our present inability to live in harmony with others. Therefore we must focus on the importance of maintaining our planet's and our natural cycle of life.

Our human life can not continue in the same destructive trend because it is a shame for any civilized nation to have any of these issues unresolved. Our present direction will result in further wars and a further breakdown of our planet essential natural cycle to the point of our demise because we are allowing it!

It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your' heart's longing.

It doesn't interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dreams, for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the center of your sorrow, if you have been opened by life's betrayals or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain. I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide or fade it or fix it.

I want to know if you can be with joy, mine your own if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, to be realistic, to remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to Yourself, if you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul; if you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see the beauty, even when it's not pretty, every day, and if you can source your life from its presence.

I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand on the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, "Yes!"

It doesn't t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up, after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone, and do what needs to be done to feed the children.

It doesn't interest me who you are or how you came to be here, I want to know if you will stand in the center of the fire with me and not shrink back.

It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you, from the inside, when all else falls away.

I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments!
