MANCHESTER CATHEDRAL  4pm  SUNDAY JULY 15TH

Recent race riots in Greater Manchester, Burnley and Bradford have appalled and saddened many of us here in England. This timely convergence of international and local Peace Workers in Manchester gives the opportunity for the world to focus its loving thoughts and prayers for a greater understanding between cultures and peoples.

We plan to have an audience of 1000 that will create a magnificent choir to sing for peace.

Performers include JAMES TWYMAN, CAROLE ISIS, JAXON & MARIE WU

There will be Taize chants, The World Peace Flame and a Peace Pole brought to Manchester by Barbara Wolf and Hideo Nakazawa and gifted to Manchester's Peace Garden.

Tickets are available in advance or at the door (44 (0) 1458 830121)

Manchester Cathedral is a magnificent setting for the beautiful words and music of peace that will be sung by the dedicated peace workers& musicians who have come together for this fundraising event. None of the organisers or performers are receiving payment for their work.
